My Approach

I approach both therapy and Enneagram consultation from an existential, narrative approach. I care deeply about the pain and search for meaning in each of our lives and will boldly partner with you as you face your story, experiences, and suffering with courage. I will listen to you well, respect your story, and offer insight and support to help you move forward. If you have questions about how counseling or consultation might look, please don't hesitate to contact me.
